The Central Election Commission made Braille information lists and paper ballots for visually impaired voters with IFES support.

The Braille ballot papers were made in Kyrgyz and Russian languages and will be used in Bishkek, Jalal-Abad, Naryn, Talas, and Batken during the local council elections of November 25.
