“About execution of norms of the legislation on the rights Persons with the limited possibilities of health”

1) to the Government of the Kirghiz Republic together with local state administrations and local governments:
– With a view to creating the necessary conditions for easy access of persons with the limited possibilities of health to cultural-entertainment establishments (museums, theatres, cinemas, exhibitions), sports constructions, public, administrative and industrial buildings, constructions and premises in the cities of Bishkek and Osh, the administrative centres of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also in cities and settlements of city type, to oblige legal bodies, (irrespective of patterns of ownership), to establish at their own expense special adaptations, (ramps, handrail and others);
– To take measures for the acquisition in 2012 of traffic lights with sound signals;
– To take measures on the step-by-step establishment of an interdiction for the planning and design, construction and reconstruction of buildings, without the possibility of their use by persons with the limited possibilities of health, including moving by means of wheelchairs or other auxiliary means and adaptations;
– Within 2012 to take corresponding measures on the establishment of a prohibition of the acquisition of passenger transport without adaptation for use by persons with the limited possibilities of health;

2) the Office of Public Prosecutor is to carry out strict supervision of the execution of laws and other standard legal certificates regulating the rights and freedom of persons with limited possibilities of health;

3) The Ombudsman is to carry out the parliamentary control over the observance of the rights and freedom of persons with the limited possibilities of health.

So something is happening, and I am going to have look once more at what we can do at the guesthouse in Naryn.
